The Role

The firm are looking for a Private Client Partner to join their Liverpool office.

You will join a well-established team that hosts one of the largest private client teams in the North West. The department have also been recognised in the Legal 500 and won a number of awards for their work.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Private Client department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will work on range of matters to include wills, probate, LPA's, COP work, trusts, tax, estate planning as well as tailored wealth management and succession planning.

You will have a HNW client base from individuals, families, business owners', trustees and charities.

You will mentor and oversee the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers. This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
