An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a specialist and niche law firm at its Head Office in Garforth, Leeds. They are looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their reputable and growing team.
You will have at least one year’s experience in a law firm, although this does not need to be within Commercial Litigation – it can be in any area of law.
Ideally, the successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will have completed their LPC, as progression opportunities are genuine with this sought-after firm.
The firm is experienced within commercial disputes and has extensive experience within this sector. They can provide help on: Commercial Disputes, Employment tribunal claims, NHS disputes, debt collection, property litigation and enforcing or defending restrictive covenants.
The successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will have excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills and the initiative and ability to work in a team. You will gain exposure to highly experienced solicitors in a commercial environment with uncapped levels of progression.
Duties will include preparing and drafting Legal and Court Documents, conducting research, client interaction, fee earning duties, telephone duties and more.
