In House Solicitor - Litigation

OUR CLIENT

We currently have a rare opportunity for a Solicitor / Legal Executive c 3 + PQE to join an expanding litigation practice, part of a well-known financial services group.

THE ROLE

You will be working as a main point of contact for litigation matters, as a key member of the litigation team, you will be expected to manage a varied workload advising on regulatory and operational issues, as follows:-

Handling complex defended consumer credit matters

Advising on consumer credit, debt collection, litigation procedures and regulatory matters

Managing and supervising junior team members

Handling aspects of risk management/quality assurance

There is a possibility of more than one role within the team, one being a FTC.

For the foreseeable future the role will be home based.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for a role within this team, either permanent of FTC, candidates will be expected to have a background in debt collection/consumer credit work
