This unique role has come up within a leading oil services organisation, they are looking to bring someone specialist in who is a UK or US qualified senior lawyer, with exposure and expertise in UK, EU and US trade control regimes, you will be joining the Ethics & Compliance team.

You, as the Senior Legal Counsel, will be responsible for implementing the governance and monitoring the execution of the trade control elements of the Program. You will be dealing with communications, training, governance documents, risk maps, data analytics and regulatory monitoring. This person provides legal advice related to Trade Compliance and further contributes to the development and communication of the legal team and will be a key decision maker within the wider business.
