OVVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen within a leading regional law firm for an experienced Risk and Compliance Manage to join their established and growing practice. The role of Risk and Compliance Manager will be varied and will include working closely with the firm’s COLP as well as design and deliver compliance induction training including SRA Handbook requirements, manage the risk and compliance function, act as the key contact for Lexcel quality assessments and assist the complaints and claims partners in the management of complaints. You will be responsible for ensuring the firm follows all applicable regulatory requirements and meets, or exceeds, the requirements of key external quality standards.

You will have experience of carrying out file audits, developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, acting as a Quality Manager for the firm across their offices as well as providing support on anti-money laundering and compliance matters.

Salary dependent on experience.
