Corporate Associate

If you are a Corporate 5-7 year PQE Associate Solicitor, you may be interested in applying for this role with a leading Legal 500 firm in London. You will be working closely with one of the Partners in the Corporate team working across private equity and M&A matters, to include share sale and purchase and cross-border transactions, asset sales, management buy-outs, joint ventures and group reorganisations.
