Guernsey | Up to £110,000
One of the world's premier offshore firms is looking to add one or more Corporate Lawyers to its highly regarded team in Guernsey. This is a full-time, permanent role for a Lawyer with 3-6 years’ PQE.
Your New Role
The Corporate Lawyer will cover a broad range of corporate, regulatory and commercial activities including:
- Mergers
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Joint ventures
Salary & Benefits
On offer for the Corporate Lawyer will be a salary of up to £110,000 per annum. The team is very collegiate, the work is at very civilised pace, the hours are good, and the rewards are excellent.
