A rare opportunity has arisen for an Associate Lawyer to join the property team of a market leading Guernsey law firm. The Property Associate will be offered a full-time, permanent position.
Your New Role
The Property Associate will work on a blend of commercial property investments as well as landlord & tenant issues. You will also be involved in real estate finance advice for a client base which includes property investors, corporate occupiers and developers.
About You
Applications are invited from those who demonstrate:
- Previous experience working as a property lawyer in England & Wales, or another common law jurisdiction is essential.
- As a minimum you must have completed a training contract seat in commercial property.
