Regional heavyweight with a strong reputation across the South and London is seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join their  Insolvency team and to drive the department forward you can be based in Sussex or London.

The firm acts for clients across a range of sectors both, locally and nationally and is seeking a Senior Insolvency Solicitor to join their busy team.- working on city calibre, varied cases in a team which has an open-door policy team offering huge learning opportunities.

The Restructuring and Insolvency team works alongside colleagues across other disciplines such as banking and finance, tax, employment, real estate and intellectual property. A fantastic firm and opportunity for someone who is career focused and wants to build on what they have already achieved in a fast-growing department that is strong in training and knowledge management within a friendly, supportive environment.

You will be an Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 5PQE gained at a recognised law firm and be used to running a busy caseload of Insolvency matters, whilst also playing an integral  part within business development and marketing whilst also providing support to colleagues across the business with sound technical advice.
