A superb opportunity for an individual with board support experience and ideally a  (or part) company secretary qualification (or willing to train) is sought to join a premier law firm who have a superb international reach!

 

You will be supporting the Partnership Secretary and working closely with the Partnership Secretary to ensure that the service provided to the firm and it's committees and Working Groups is of the highest standard when scheduling meetings, producing agendas and minuting meetings.   Whilst also following up on actions arising and ensuring agendas are continually updated.

You will also manage manuals for the members and will be responsible for content and you will have a good eye for detail and strong communication skills.

You will be also be responsible for managing the board platform (Diligent - and experience of this would be useful as well as maintaining aspects of the firm's intranet.

You will be deputise for the Partnership Secretary and liaise with Partnership Board members and Non-Executive Advisers in relation to Partnership Board matters.

You will be a strong administrator and be able to provide a first class service to ensure partnership secretarial records and information and that the firm's governance framework and meetings infrastructure.  You will also be a fantastic organiser and be able to manage the  annual scheduling of meetings to ensure alignment with the business and reporting cycle,  liaison with relevant parties to arrange meetings virtually and in person; book internal rooms; ensure the appropriate room setups are in place.

This is a busy and all encompassing role and you will be exposed to all aspects of administration, organisational duties as well as company secretary duties. 

 

Previous exposure to company secretarial/ partnership secretary experience would be highly advantageous, but Board support experience is essential.
