JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE: At least 2 years

THE ROLE:
The purpose of your role will be to provide commercial and legal advice to healthcare clients in both the public and private sectors. You will be working on a wide range of commercial contracts and regulatory issues as well as procurement and acquisitions. You will be expected to contribute to the team’s marketing initiative through developing new products and undertaking business development work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Solicitor will ideally have a background in advising clients within the healthcare sector. We are looking for technically strong solicitors with 1st class academic backgrounds who have trained with another top 100 law firm. You will be an effective communicator and proactive team player.
