This Legal 500 regional practice is looking to strengthen its highly rated Birmingham office with the appointment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to deal with a high calibre caseload of private client matters.

You will be required to take on a caseload including, but not exclusive to, wills, powers of attorney, probate, trusts and providing advice on all private client related tax matters.

Ideally you will have experience of high net worth individuals and highly estates and have gained the requisite experience required to advice on any tax liabilities associate with these.

Client care, as it should be with any private client role, is absolutely paramount in my client's eyes and you should be able to demonstrate the compassion, empathy and understanding required for a role of this type.
