A well known FMCG Brand who are looking for a CORPORATE SOLICITOR to join their well established team to take on a role split between Corporate M&A and Commercial work
Client Details
A well known FMCG Organisation who manufacture some of the nation's favourite brands.
Description
The role will take on a mix of Corporate M&A Transactional work and wider general commercial advisory support.
Profile
Suitable candidates will have the following experience & qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor from either a reputable law firm or a well known in-house organisation
- Proven experience in handling Corporate trancactions, specifically M&A.
- Strong Project / Deal management experience is essential.
- Experience in commercial contracts would be highly beneficial.
