Commercial and Residential Property Paralegal
Our clients are seeking an experienced Property Paralegal. Your experience should cover Commercial and Residential Property transactions and will involve progressing files under a solicitor’s instructions. This may include
- legal research, drafting letters, preparing planning applications
- file management, administration, and accounting
- Assisting solicitors with sale, purchase and remortgage matters
- ordering documents from the HM Land Registry
- requesting title papers from lenders
- preparing sale contract papers
- ordering searches
- requesting funds from clients and their lenders
- assisting in the completion of matters
- completing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications
- scheduling of Deeds.
