Employment & Education Lawyer
Our client, a large local authority based in London is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis alongside undertaking some Education Law matters.
As the successful candidate you will have a strong working knowledge of Employment Law and be able to carry a varied caseload. You will be dealing with matters including, but not limited to; Unfair Dismissal, TUPE, Discrimination and Equal Pay. On the Education Law side, the successful candidate will be required to assist with SEN and SEN appeals matters. Our client is open to speaking with candidates with a background in both the Private and Public Law.
You will be joining an established team of Lawyers, and it is essential that you are able to hit the ground running in this role. Our client is a friendly local authority, and they are offering this role on an initial three-month contract with strong possibility of extension.
This is a remote working role.
