Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor - Bognor Regis, West Sussex
A growing law firm in Bognor Regis, West Sussex are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their property team.
Your role as the Residential Conveyancer will be to manage a caseload of all aspects of residential property from instruction through to completion. Joining a small but expanding team, you'll play an active part in building a network of local contacts/clients as well as the on-going development of the department.
You must be an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner (Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with at least 2 years experience in handling your own varied/busy caseload. You'll be used to working autonomously and have gained exposure to freehold and leasehold properties, including sales, purchase and remortgages.
