Our client are one of the largest practices in the area, located in a buzzing and affluent area.

With a management team described as “switched on”, it’s a practice that punches above its weight with a large number of corporate clients. The business is a general practice providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. Its influence has spread in recent years to a client base that is now nationwide and in some instances international. Friendly and personable and a strong belief in building lasting relationships with clients.

They now wish to recruit a solicitor to join the Commercial Property Team.  

The successful candidate with be involved in all aspects of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial property:

Negotiation and grant of commercial leases

Acquisition and disposal of development sites

Negotiation and grant of options and promotion agreements

Negotiation of planning agreements

Have a detailed understanding of planning law

Drafting and negotiating overage agreements

Dealing with commercial lenders and their solicitors

Technical and great attention to detail

Ability to provide written and verbal advice

Comfortable dealing with various personalities

Team player

In addition to a high salary, my client is also paying a bonus of 25% of fees in excess of three times salary!
