Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a quasi-organisation on a permanent basis.

 

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will be exposed to a broad range of Civil and Criminal Litigation cases. The Litigation team are looking to expand in line with increased workflow, they cover a range of Commercial Dispute matters working with various Public Sector bodies.

 

You will conduct complex disputes and provide a high quality Commercial Dispute Resolution service, working on behalf of clients on matters such as Property and Contract disputes, as well as some Criminal work such as food hygiene and trading standards.

 

As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer you will have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.

 

My client is happy to consider Newly Qualified solicitors from either a Public or Private background

 

Required Experience:

  • Experience working within a Dispute Resolution/ Litigation team
  • You will need to be a qualified or Newly Qualified Solicitor
