Corporate Solicitor - Liverpool City Centre

Fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join an international law firm in their Liverpool city centre office. Opportunity to join a dominant, tier 1 Corporate team.

The Role:
· Corporate Solicitor (2PQE+) to join a dominant, top tier corporate team in Liverpool city centre
· Advising large listed companies, start up and owner managed businesses
· Domestic and cross border deals
· The team cover a broad range of corporate matters including; M & A, private equity, sales, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory

Candidate Requirements:
