Experienced legal compliance officer required in Leeds
Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced compliance officer to join a well respected law firm at their office in central Leeds.
The firm:
This renowned law firm boast an excellent reputation for quality of work which is evidenced by their rankings across all sectors in the legal directories. The firm employ over 50 specialist Solicitors and several support staff nationally many of which have been with them long term. They boast a very low staff turnover and are known for the level of support provide to their employees by way of personal development and career progression opportunities.
The role:
You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring the firms compliance procedures and manuals, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements, researching, monitoring and maintaining regulatory frameworks, auditing, delivering risk and compliance training and supporting the firms employees and clients with any risk and compliance related issues.
The successful candidate:
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate several years compliance experience some of which within an SRA regulated environment. You must be able to work as part of a team, be ambitious and not afraid to put forth new ideas that will aid the firm in moving forward.
Remuneration:
Salary negotiable, dependant on experience plus a wide range of benefits, training and career progression opportunities.
