The Role:

This Top 50 Legal 500 firm is seeking a Construction Senior Associate to join their office in the City of London.

The London team forms an integral part of the national offering which is made up of legal 500 recognised heavyweight construction lawyers who are at the top of their game.

The department has expertise across a wide array of sectors including Real Estate, Public Sector and Energy and Engineering.

Due to their national service line, you will work with notable clients and become a true specialist in the area.

The department is growing and expanded considerably last year with an increasing amount of high-level work, making now a very exciting time to join them.

Your caseload will be made up by Non contentious construction matters.

This role has the potential to develop rapidly; you will have supervisory responsibilities of junior members of the team and will help to continue to drive the department forwards.

Requirements

• You will be a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with 4+ PQE
• Strong academic background with experience from a national or recognised firm
• Experience and knowledge of complex Construction Law
• Solid experience of JCT and NEC and potentially FIDIC, MF/1 and other industry forms
