Residential Conveyancer

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with a highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across Cheshire region.

The role will be located at the firms Congleton office and suitable candidate will be responsible for and be able to complete the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work including the purchase of new build properties, the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and shared ownership properties unsupervised.

Experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' experience of fee earning work, my client is also happy to consider more senior candidates as well.

Salaries on this role range from £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience and includes excellent staff benefits including 24 days holiday + bank holidays which can increase with service.
