Junior Conveyancer

I have received instruction for highly regarded law firm with multiple offices across Cheshire region who are looking for a Junior Conveyancing Fee Earner for their Stockport office.

In this role the suitable candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of conveyancing matters under supervision including the purchase of sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties both leasehold and Freehold. Experience in other areas such as transfer of equity, new build, shared ownership and Remortgage will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will hold 12months-4yrs experience of fee earning work, maybe at a Paralegal/Assistant level or as a full fee earner.

With great internal training, supervision and guidance on offer to progress the suitable candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take there conveyancing career to the next level.

Salaries on this role range from £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience and includes excellent staff benefits including 24 days holiday + bank holidays which can increase with service.
