Senior Paralegal

SENIOR PARALEGAL - PHARMACEUTICALS - LONDON

A global pharmaceuticals business based in Central London are looking to grow their Legal team with the hire of an experienced Senior Paralegal.

This business has seen 4 consecutive quarters of growth and is involved the distribution of the Covid vaccine globally. They are looking for a Senior Paralegal with over 4 year's experience specialising in general commercial contracts, specialising in general commercial contracts. The responsibilities for the role include:

*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including: supplier agreements, T&Cs, NDAs and Quality Agreements globally
*Drafting, reviewing and amending of CAPA forms (Corrective Action, Preventive Action)
*Liaising with the business' global Legal teams on corporate governance matters

The ideal candidate will have 4+ year's experience working as a Paralegal or Contracts Manager in an in-house environment, although candidates coming from private practice law firms will also be considered. Knowledge of European languages including: French, German or Spanish would also be beneficial.
