Initially, your duties will include general day to day 1st and 2nd line support and desk side assistance with laptop/PC issues but you will quickly progress to assisting the IT Manager when looking for new software and implementing new IT procedures which will be both time and cost effective for the firm. Some of the software used by the firm includes; HiQInTune (for mobile phones)Mime CastSharePointPartner for Windows (a docs and finance system encompassing Crystal Reports and Task Centre) The firm is offering this opportunity to candidates with a mix of 1st and 2nd line support experience totalling 3 + years' and gained from within a law firm.
