Regional law firm with offices based in North Manchester are seeking a Law Costs Draftsman to undertake a supervisory role whilst also dealing with complex civil law costs matters.
Experience of dealing with high value personal injury costs is essential for this role a high proportion of the work will be multi-track personal injury including clinical negligence, catastrophic injury & credit hire matters. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with all aspects of a costs file from negotiation to drafting bills, points of dispute, detailed assessments and advocacy. A significant portion of the role will be supervision of the fee earners within the team so prior experience of this will be essential as you will be expected to hit ground running.
You will form part of a strong team and be afforded the opportunities to progress your career and develop you law costs experience, as well as qualify for a training contract scheme.
