A leading national law firm are currently looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their leading practice. Ideally you will be a junior solicitor and candidates who are newly qualified are asked to apply. Candidates with more experience than this are also welcome to apply as this is an assistant solicitor role in the team. The Civil Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive will undertake a mixed caseload of litigation matters to include but not limited to: consumer disputes, Immigration, landlord/tenant disputes, possession claims, IP disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes. The appointed litigation Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Civil Litigation and have a proactive approach to client care. You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and as part of team. The role will also call for the ability to assist and confidently advise junior solicitors within the Litigation department.
