Employment Paralegal

This highly reputable and successful Legal 500 law firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its team in York.

The successful Employment Paralegal will provide day-to-day HR support and advice, and provide legal advice, assistance and representation to clients in all areas of Employment law. You will be assisting the senior fee earners in the department. 

This Employment Paralegal role could be suited to a range of candidates including, but not limited to:

• A paralegal to trainee solicitor
• A trainee or newly qualified legal executive
• A junior paralegal looking for a step up 

Ideally you will have some experience of providing HR advice and or employment law advice to employees and or businesses. You should be able to hit the ground running with advising on non-complex, day-to-day scenarios, such as how to run a disciplinary process, respond to a flexible working application or address performance issues during a probationary period.
