Corporate Lawyer  - M&A - PE - 5-7 pqe – London
Our client, a London based commercial law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer  with 5-7 years corporate experience to join their busy transaction focussed corporate team.  Candidates will have  strong academics and excellent training gained at  leading mid-market London or regional law firms, specialising in M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. 
Candidates will be committed to quality, work well under pressure, and be approachable and professional at all times.
  
The Corporate team’s work involves a range of private M&A, private equity and venture capital matters for institutional and other corporate clients. Exposure to capital markets transactions is helpful, but not a requirement.  Training and mentorship are part of the firms ethos to encourage associates to develop and reach their full potential and partnership.
