This first-class West End firm, that regularly punch above their weight, have an opening for an experienced Partner within their Commercial Disputes department. The role will require an experienced Partner able to demonstrate exceptional client relationships and a modest following of c£400,000+ . Your specialist area will be within a commercial disputes discipline and you will be recognised for this area of expertise. This is an important hire in line with long-term strategic plans. Ideally, you will have spent 5-20 years in a Partnership position and are comfortable with the key aspects associated with a Partnership role including leadership, business development and overall firm management. It is perhaps the case that now will be the right time to take a slight step back into a less pressurised team environment, where you can still contribute but with the support of a team of Junior Partners working collaboratively to ensure the Litigation department performs at a high level. You will be instrumental in encouraging, motivating and working with the other Partners in an innovative manner to help achieve the department and firm goals but you will also have the chance to sit on the side-lines and allow others to take the helm. You will be a strong advocate of cross-selling and will welcome the security of profitable practice along with the opportunity available within a new, smaller team.
