We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Procurement Lawyer to join a London Local Authority on a locum basis.

As a Procurement Lawyer you will join a team dealing with a wide variety of legal contract matters including:

  • Drafting and amending contracts
  • Negotiating with third parties
  • Advising and drafting procurement documents
  • Providing legal advice to Local Authority Clients

Procurement experience is essential as the bulk of the work will be related to Procurement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Procurement Lawyer to join a well regarded legal team with a wide variety of clients and the opportunity to pick up some project work.

Our client is ideally looking for those with local government experience with a sound knowledge of public procurement, service contracts and data protection, although candidates with private sector experience are also highly desirable.

The successful Procurement Lawyer will gain access to benefits such as flexible working and commitment to training and development. Due to the current situation the role is completely home based and office attendance is not required.
