At the embryonic stages of impressive growth plans over the next three to five years, this firm has a requirement to appoint ambitious lawyers able to demonstrate exceptional client relationships and entrepreneurial flair. Your specialist area will be Employment law matters on behalf of PLC and SME clients and you will be respected for this area of expertise. Taking a key role in marketing, this role is a critical hire in line with immediate growth plans. This position requires a candidate with drive and a strong desire to lead and develop a team. You will be instrumental in encouraging, motivating and ensuring that those around you are given autonomy to be innovative and engaged with the firm's strong ethos and goals to be client focused. This role will be a key part of important growth plans within this progressive law firm. The successful candidate will be well-regarded within Employment law handling a full-range of matters often with an international element. A Senior Associate or Partner in your current firm, you are looking for a new challenge in an environment where you can be truly autonomous and can directly affect your own success. You will be a strong advocate of cross-selling and will welcome the security of a larger practice along with the opportunity available within a new, smaller team.
