Our client is a premium international business law firm offering an exceptional breadth of services. They are looking for two Associates between 2-4 year PQE and

5 + PQE to join their growing structured finance team in London, having recently recruiting new Partners from excellent law firms into the team.

The structured finance team has extensive expertise in both publicly offered listed debt issues and privately placed bonds. The firm has an impressive roster of bank clients, for whom it advises on public bond issuances. The private placement investor client base includes high-profile investment funds and large corporates. 

The firm offers a great working culture and is a place where everyone expects the best of each other. 

To be successful in this structured finance role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and have gained experience working in a well-regarded structured finance practice.
