Probate Solicitor/Private Client Legal Executive Job - Law Firm - Bristol/Exeter and/or remote

Your new role
This firm is a nationally recognised law practice who have an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their specialist Legacies team. They have seen a significant increase in demand for their charity probate service and therefore are looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive or NQ - 3PQE Solicitor to work on non-contentious probate matters for their charity clients. This is an important role and will involve supporting with the ongoing growth and development of the Team, and is a great opportunity to be involved in some complex and challenging work. This is a fantastic time to join the Team and develop a unique specialism in probate work for major national charity clients. Our client are happy to consider this role being based in their Exeter or Bristol office.

Your new role
Primarily, you will undertake the administration of estates for a range of national charity clients from start to finish as well as supporting colleagues with certain tasks on other estates within the Team. You will be expected to work independently but with support and supervision, taking existing and new matters on and progressing them through to completion.

About you
The firm are looking for people who are passionate about working with their charity clients. You will have relevant probate experience, either gained from your training contract or experience to date - the firm are interested in hearing from candidates who are currently undertaking or have completed CILEx.
