Are you an Adult Social Care Lawyer who would be interested in joining a well-resourced and Lexcel accredited legal team? This could be for you!
As an Adult Social Care Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advice on and the conduct of cases involving adult social services issues including general advice to the client department in respect of their obligations under the Care Act 2014
- Dealing with matters arising under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and managing Adults Social Care cases including:
- Deprivation of liberty safeguards and Court of Protection cases
- Displacement of nearest relative
- Ordinary residence
- Responding to letters before claim
- Coroners Inquests
Although Local Authority experience is desirable, my client is happy to consider those who are more junior or from a Private Practice background.
Whether you are seeking full time or part time, my client is happy to be flexible. This will be over a 3 month initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter, completely remote. So if you are knowledgeable within this field then please do get in touch!
