High profile non-profit organisation seeks a commercial property lawyer.
You will undertake a broad spectrum of work encompassing grant funding, title reviews, securitisation and maintenance of the organisation’s portfolio of properties.
You will be involved in multi-million pound transactions as well assisting with some broader commercial work for the organisation. You will also be involved in climate change work.
