In view of expansion, our technology client is now recruiting a Commercial Lawyer to be part of their team in Manila. You will work closely with business units and regional offices to support business activities and growth, whilst also advising on commercial activities, corporate governance and IP matters.
This mid to senior role will suit lawyers who are called to the Philippine Bar or have worked either in-house or with top-tier firms, and who may be presently based overseas.
