A thriving commercial property team in Staffordshire is looking to appoint a commercial property paralegal! They can offer exceptional quality work along with the potential for a training contract for a person who is keen to qualify into commercial property. You will only be considered if you have at least 2 years continuous commercial property experience.

Headed up by an ex-top 100 law firm solicitor, this commercial property team has gone from strength to strength over the last five years. Comprising of a Director, solicitors, paralegals and support staff, you will slot in supporting on a mix of commercial property work to include sales and purchases, landlord and tenant and development work.

This commercial property paralegal position would suit somebody with at least a few years’ experience supporting in a commercial property environment. The team specifically looks for a strong academic track record and somebody with ambition and drive along with a passion for this area of law. There is potential opportunity for a training contract for a person who is keen to qualify into commercial property.
