Employment Solicitor, 3+ PQE, £Excellent (DOE), Leicestershire. A growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other. The firm are looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to swell the ranks of this very accomplished department. 

OVERVIEW:
To facilitate and support the firms ambitious plans, they are looking for an Employment Solicitor (of at least 3 years PQE) to join their team. This opportunity is suited to Solicitors with experience of drafting contracts of employment, policies and procedure, managing disciplinary and grievance processes, advising on discrimination and whistle-blowing cases, assisting with TUPE transfers, business restructures & redundancies, defending Employment Tribunal cases, enforcement/defence of restrictive covenant claims and handling senior exec severances.
