Our client, a top-tier law firm, are seeking Banking lawyers with experience of APAC Lending and Loan Trading / LIBOR LMA / secured lending for a document review project due to start asap and run long term.
Applicants must be qualified lawyers from any jurisdiction so long as you have experience of:
- APAC Lending and Loan Trading
- RCFs
- LMA/secured lending
- Credit Facility Agreements
- Swing
- Pledge and Escrow Agreements
- Securitised Loan Agreements in UK and non-UK jurisdictions
- International GMRA’s and ISDA’s featuring LIBOR
- Bilateral Loans
- Third Party Agent Loans
- General banking experience
The rate is £30.00 PAYE Inc. Holiday Pay per hour, and this role is due to run for approximately one month.
