An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (3-8 years PQE) to join an expanding Legal 100 law firm at Associate/Senior Associate level, where there are genuine prospects for career progression in a well-regarded corporate department based in Southampton.
There is flexibility in the role where your week will be split between office-based and remote home working.
This leading Legal 100 law firm is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor in its prominent corporate team. Clients include household brand names as well as local, regional and national clients. You will be able to handle your own caseload, dealing with a wide range of clients that include private companies and their owners in relation to M&A, equity funding and general corporate structuring work as well as HNW deals acting for large national or international businesses. You will have experience in business development activities to build client relationships.
This Southampton-based Corporate Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor role will involve:
• Running your own busy caseload from day one
• Genuine clear career path to progress from the outset
• Being active in business development to gain new clients and grow your own caseload
