Ryder Reid Legal is currently seeking an experienced IP/Trademark Paralegal to join a prestigious US law firm on a temporary basis. This role will be commencing on or before 7th May, and will continue for approx 7-8 weeks with the possibility of extension. The firm provide a range of IP services including litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, trademark and copyright, licensing and technology transfer and other transaction The successful candidate will be responsible for support and case management for trade mark clearance, prosecution and maintenance matters and/or projects supporting those matters. Duties will include, assisting with trade mark prosecution, trade mark watch and search, trade mark oppositions, docketing, due diligence and general administrative tasks. To be considered, candidates will need to be immediately available, hold a Law degree or GDL equivalent and have a few years' experience within IP/Trademark within a similar law firm or in-house legal environment.
