The appointed Residential Conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion. Your caseload will include the full remit of residential property work, with additional exposure to other areas of property work when working as part of the wider team. Should you have interest in commercial property work, opportunities will be provided to you to expand or develop your commercial property knowledge. The Residential Conveyancer will either be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Candidates who are driven, are excellent communicators and confident working autonomously and as part of team are welcome applicants.
