Life Science Regulatory & Commercial Associate: You will be working within a highly ranked chamber's Bio/Pharma group working on regulatory and commercial matters across both pharma and medical device regulation. This team are highly regarded and you will be given every opportunity to progress working closely with the UK,EU and US life science teams.

The Role

This Top City firm are looking for a Life Science Regulatory Associate/Senior Associate to join their highly ranked team.

You will work within a leading Biotech/Pharma chambers ranked group, siting within the global regulatory practice and advising on both pharma and medical device regulation as well as advising on commercial contracts.

You will be involved with both the commercial and regulatory side, which includes clinical trials, early access, licensing, CE/UKCA Marking, manufacturing and distribution, advertising, ditigal health, CBD and cannabis, cell and gene therapies. On the commercial side, manufacturing, consultancy, supply and services agreement as well as bespoke contractual agreements.

The group work closely with the European and US life sciences teams who are highly ranked and collegiate.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor between 1-6 years PQE
• You will have been exposed to pharma/biotech/medical regulatory and commercial matters
• Worked within a respectable international practice or large life science focused company
