The Role

The firm is actively seeking a Corporate Associate to add to their large and established Corporate practice in Birmingham.

You will join a friendly, professional, and highly regarded team, surrounded by leading individuals. The corporate team do not just cover M&A, and extend to JV's, funds and Private Equity. This is a mixed role that will undoubtedly enhance the skillset of any Corporate lawyer working at this level.

You will take a hands-on role in the team and the vision for this hire offers genuine progression for the right individual.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Associate with a minimum of 2+ years PQE for a reputable Corporate firm
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
