This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join this national firm and work in their Stoke on Trent office. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing a personal injury fast-track caseload encompassing EL and PL RTA cases
  • Experience managing cases from commencement of litigation to conclusion including
  • Dealing with issue and service of proceedings, reviewing and responding to defences, management of matters through Court directions including interim applications through to instruction of counsel for trial and work associated with the trial itself
  • Client base of union members and union friends and family scheme clients

You will be able to demonstrate a background in managing a fast-track personal injury caseload and to thrive in the role you will need to be organised, have outstanding client care skills and the confidence and ability to take daily decisions on cases.

The firm promote agile working, which is also part of their longer term planning, but candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance from the office.
