Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A Legal 500 firm in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will handle a full and varied caseload from inception to completion, to include:

  • Contract disputes
  • Insolvency
  • Professional negligence
  • Contentious probate

You will also get exposure to high value and complex cases when assisting more senior members of staff

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s skills and experience:

  • NQ-2 years’ PQE
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a Commercial Litigation department
  • Extremely commercially focused
  • A keenness to progress in Commercial Litigation
