Residential Property Lawyer - Coventry

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Residential Property Lawyer for our client, an extremely reputable lender. This residential property lawyer will be assisting the bank and external conveyancing lawyers, advising on the risks of lending from a conveyancing and legal perspective. This role would be excellent for a candidate who is looking for a chance from traditional conveyancing but wants to remain in the industry. An excellent inhouse opportunity!

You will be a residential property legal executive, licenced conveyancer or a fee earner with many years' experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an inhouse legal team with a well known lender. There is a great salary on offer, along with the chance to progress with a forward and progressive lender. Offices are located in an accessible area, with parking available.
