The role will be varied and will include advising on residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. The caseload will include dealing with all types of residential property matters such as re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, sales and purchases and lease extensions. Handling an excellent quality of work, you will be utilising the firm's case management system as well as working beside Residential Property Lawyers who have a real passion and dedication to this area of law.
This genuinely exciting opportunity is open to Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who have a demonstrable background in dealing with all types of residential property transactions. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. Covering the broad spectrum of residential property law, the appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be advising on all issues related to residential property law such as transfer of equity, sales, purchases, and shared ownership and lease extensions.
