Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Somerset

Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a well-established law firm in Bridgwater where flexible and remote working will be considered.

Our client currently have a requirement for a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team with the chance to work on high quality residential property matters. This firm are very well known in the area and have many returning clients and referrals.

You will be managing your own residential conveyancing caseload of sales/purchases of freehold/leasehold land. You will also be working on re-mortgages, transfers of equity and some newbuild purchases.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to show that you can confidently manage a residential property caseload independently. Salary will depend on experience.
